Hi, I’m Vanessa the heart behind ChildFirst Supervision based in Sydney. I created this service to give families a safe, reliable space for connection during times of separation and change. With over 18 years experience in case management and child care, I bring empathy, consistency, and understanding to every visit.
Each session is handled personally by me from start to finish - no handovers, no confusion, just compassionate, child-focused support that helps families feel secure and cared for.
